- Simply download, print, fill out, and sign the attached application; pick your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and return to mail it to NEUM FCU.

- Enter number 006 (NEUM FCU's identification number).
- Follow the recorded menu.
- Enter your account number.
- Enter your PIN.
Points to Remember
- You must use a touch-tone phone.
- Your access code consists of the NEUM FCU 3-digit identification number (006).
- The words "Sub Account Identifier" or "Trailer" are used to describe any of the different types of accounts you have at NEUM FCU.
- No account number, trailer, or PIN is required for rate information or loan modeling.
